Global Leaders Consulting Associates Company Limited partner with several approved Exchange Visitor sponsor organizations, allowing us the ability to offer students, and graduates an opportunity to participate in Exchange Visitor Educational, Cultural, Work , and Training Programs.
The training program provides exchange visitors the opportunity to enhance their skills in their chosen career field through participation in a structured training program and to improve their knowledge of American techniques, methodologies, or expertise within their field of endeavor. Such training shall not duplicate a trainee participant's prior training and experience. Use of the Exchange Visitor Program for ordinary employment or work purposes is strictly prohibited. Sponsors may not place trainee participants in positions which are filled or would be filled by full-time Staff .
Eligibility:
- From 21 to 35 years old
- Advanced level of English
- Interest in an internship program that will enhance academic or career interests and skills
Placements - positions include but are not limited to the following: - Hospitality Management
- Food & Beverage Management
- Culinary Arts
- Management/Business
- Information Technology
- Engineering
- Accounting/Finance
- Marketing/Sales Etc.

I) Registration
First Step is to contact GLCACL office at 876-872-2594, or email: gcacoltd@yahoo.com to make appointment to attend our registration/interviewing session. During the registration process you will be fully informed about the program and undergo a one-on-one pre-screening interview.
Registration are conducted Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 11:00AM at our office, Technology Innovation Centre (TIC), University of Technology, Jamaica

List of Positions to be filled immediately:
25 HR people. They do not have to have experience to train and intern in HR in offices in Utah , Nevada , New Mexico and Arizona . They will get paid $1200 a month which in these areas is more than enough to live on.
60 Hospitality people to work in various parts of the US they will work different parts of the hotel and most likely be rotated.
15 IT people with at least 12 months actual hands on experience in a job
